Jeff and I attended Foster to Adopt and Infant Consent classes in June. We are interested in the Foster to Adopt program. Sign us up, please!
We are open to regular adoption, infant adoption, and the foster to adopt program.
We are open to older children and to a sibling group.
We are open to children of different races.
We are looking for openness in our adoption.
We will likely be waiting until November for a home study through FACS. We are starting to think about getting a private home study done.
We were hoping to finish our basement and put in another bathroom but we can’t find a contractor that will give us a quote. If we are not renovating, then there is nothing left to delay our progress towards finding an addition to our family.
We visited with friends on the weekend who are finding out whether or not they are going to be adopting today. All our thoughts and hopes are with them.
